Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 12 hours before your session. Within 12 hours of your session, bookings can no longer be rescheduled or cancelled.

Refunds are not offered on single sessions or bundles.

No-shows: If you don't attend your session and haven't cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance, the session is forfeited. It will not be refunded, rescheduled, or rebooked under any circumstances.

Bundle sessions: You can reschedule directly using the booking link in your original confirmation email, at least 12 hours before your session. If you do not reschedule within 12 hours, the session is forfeited. 

Single sessions: If you'd like to cancel a single session and rebook for a later date, you must cancel at least 12 hours before your session. Once you've cancelled, email us at info@studyclubdubai.com to arrange your new booking.

Please note (single sessions only): cancelling on time does not automatically rebook your session for you. When you're ready to book your new session, email us and we'll arrange it, there's no need to do this straight away. Your order remains valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Cancelling without ever getting in touch to rebook, or not attending your session at all, means the session is lost. Bundle sessions are different, they can be rebooked directly using your confirmation email link, with no need to email us at all.
